Hi, I’m Yuancheng (Jack). I’m currently studying BA User Experience Design at London College of Communication, University of the Arts London.

I am interested in user experience as a method of enquiry: observing how people move through systems, identifying where technologies create friction, and testing how design can make complex transitions easier to understand.

My recent projects often look at temporary and supportive interventions — small design moves that operate between existing infrastructures and uncertain futures. This includes work around transport routines, care technologies, service communication, and low-intrusion interaction.

I have worked as a software engineering intern at YUNEX Traffic and a marketing intern at Siemens Xcelerator.
